As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that the on-premise infrastructure remains functional, secure, and performs adequately according to business needs. **Responsibilities and duties** **What to expect in your day-to-day:** * Administer Windows and Linux servers, including monitoring, patch application, backup policies, and virtualized environments with Proxmox and Microsoft Azure. * Manage the lifecycle of workstations (laptops and desktops), ensuring performance, compliance, and updated inventory. * Administer Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID), focusing on identity, governance, and productivity. * Work with UEM/MDM solutions, password vaults, and information security awareness programs. * Monitor and provide support for network infrastructure: LAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and connectivity devices. * Manage local and network user accounts and permissions, performing periodic reviews based on RBAC. * Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring fast, secure, and documented provisioning. * Administer and configure pfSense firewalls, including rule definition, ACLs, security policies, NAT, access control, and VPN tunnels. * Support IT governance initiatives, including asset management, licensing, vendor management, and budget control. * Document operational routines, network topologies, equipment inventory, and technical procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; **Experience:** With hybrid and virtualized environments.
