Now, we want you on board! We currently have an opening for a **Production Intern**, seeking professionals eager to learn, develop, and make a difference in day-to-day operations. Here, we value teamwork, commitment, and continuous growth. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **PCP (Production Planning and Control) Support:** Assisting in tracking production orders and schedule control to ensure on-time delivery. * **Performance Indicator (KPI) Monitoring:** Collecting and analyzing productivity, scrap, and machine downtime data for management reporting. * **Lean Methodologies Application:** Supporting implementation of tools such as **5S, Kanban, and Kaizen** to reduce waste on the shop floor. * **Quality Control:** Assisting in part and product inspection to ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. * **Spreadsheet and System (ERP) Updates:** Entering data into integrated systems (e.g., SAP or Totvs) and creating dashboards in Excel/Power BI. * **Process Mapping:** Assisting in developing flowcharts and work instructions (WI) to standardize tasks. **What we expect from you:** * Currently enrolled from the 4th (fourth) semester/phase of Production/Mechanical/Materials Engineering. **What we offer:** * Market-competitive internship stipend; * Transportation card (VT) or fuel allowance of R$300.00; * On-site meals at no cost; * Life insurance; * Gym membership agreement with Pratique Academy; * Potential for permanent employment.
