Therefore, open positions are also available for **Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).** ✔️ **Salary:** R$ 2\.463,47 ✔️ **Benefits:** * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 33.00 * Additional Attendance Bonus of 7% over base salary ✔️ **Working Hours:** * 12x36 shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM ✔️ Transportation Voucher Responsible for maintaining main distribution panels, water and sewage pump power distribution panels, air conditioners, generators, exhaust fans, and ventilators; Maintenance of electrical cabling distribution systems (cables, conduits, and electrical trunking); Operation and maintenance of internal and external lighting systems; Technical cleaning maintenance of luminaires, electrical panels, and panel surroundings; Daily inspections (patrols) across the facility, including technical areas, to preserve the building and ensure full and proper operation of the overall electrical and lighting systems; Daily inspections of the power house, power intake area, and generator area to ensure optimal equipment operation; Maintenance of lighting systems, including ballasts, lamps, power supplies, LED strips, and other components; Maintenance and cleaning of technical areas; Installation of new lighting or power systems, or correction of existing ones, including cable routing and infrastructure assembly according to project standards or client specifications; Monthly energy and water consumption readings for tenants, with photographic documentation and spreadsheet recording; Perform aerial work using elevated platforms; Maintenance and replacement of reflectors on runway poles; Preventive maintenance of generators (with mechanical support); Complete and submit service orders via computers provided on-site and/or smartphone; * **Proven professional experience in this field, documented in employment record.** * **Must hold valid certifications for NR 10 \- BASIC, NR 10 \- SEP, NR 35, and NR 18.** * **Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B.** Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
