




Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the execution of maintenance activities, controlling performance indicators, managing teams, and promoting technical development. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and supervision of corrective and preventive maintenance 2. Team management and technical development 3. Performance indicator control and contract management Plan and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment; Ensure execution of predictive maintenance plans to reduce failures and increase equipment availability; Control maintenance performance indicators; Supervise technicians and electricians, assigning tasks and monitoring service execution; Conduct training and promote technical development of the team; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures; Monitor inventory of spare parts and consumables required for maintenance; Request purchases and ensure proper material replenishment; Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers; Ensure use of required PPE and safety devices for activities; Personnel indicator management (shift scheduling, overtime bank, vacation planning, probationary period evaluation, etc). Required Knowledge: * Industrial Machinery * Electrical Projects and Installations * Human Resource Management * Indicator Monitoring * Basic English and Microsoft Office * NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards) Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
