Job Summary: Experienced professional in fan coil, gas-split, and air conditioning/refrigeration system maintenance, responsible for preventive, corrective maintenance, and cleaning of various equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of various air conditioning systems. 2. Installation of small equipment units and technical support. 3. Maintenance of tools and workspaces. Proven experience in fan coil maintenance; \- Knowledge and hands-on experience in gas-split maintenance; \- Experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems in general. \- Responsibilities: \- Responsible for preventive, corrective maintenance, and cleaning of equipment including: \- Fan coil \- Built-in fan coil \- K7-type fan coil \- Hi-Wall split \- Floor-ceiling split \- Water-cooled chiller \- Air-cooled chiller \- Cooling tower \- Cold rooms \- Exhaust fans \- Outdoor air fans \- Occasional installation of small equipment units; \- Perform maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of machine rooms where equipment is located; \- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of personal and shared tools and materials; \- Provide support to other technicians under the contract when required; \- Complete and submit service orders via computers provided at the facility and/or smartphone.
