ITIL V4 and Windows/Cloud technology certifications **JOB \| Windows Server Administration II** **Work Location:** Historic Center, São Paulo \- SP \| On-site **Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree in IT * Prior experience (minimum 4 years) in Windows server administration * Proficiency in English * Knowledge of backup solutions * Knowledge of public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI) * Certification: ITIL V4 or higher * One or more of the following certifications: AZ\-800 \- Administering Hybrid Core Infrastructure with Windows Server / or AZ\-104 – Azure Administrator / or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate / or Google Cloud Engineer Associate / or Oracle Cloud Operations Associate * Preferred: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze the environment using performance metrics to ensure continuity and scalability * Conduct GAP analyses to identify administrative failures and propose applicable improvements * General administration tasks: user creation, access permission control and management, implementation of maintenance routines, log storage and retention, log analysis, audit enabling, port blocking via Windows Firewall, etc. * Microsoft File Server administration with implementation of additional features such as ACLs, ABE, Shadow Copy, and disk quotas * Microsoft AD DC administration (AD DC installation and configuration, GPO configuration, group/user/OU creation, domain functional level elevation, AD RODC creation, inter-domain trust relationship configuration, inter-site replications, etc.) * Apply security updates recommended by operating system vendors while maintaining service stability and proper functionality * Ensure data is properly backed up, guaranteeing recoverability in case of environmental failures * Respond to incident requests and alerts, executing workarounds and proposing definitive solutions * Configure performance data collection via Perfmon for key indicators (Disk I/O, memory, CPU utilization, etc.) * Capacity planning for Windows server environments * Develop batch files, VBScript, and PowerShell scripts to automate server administration tasks * Document servers, services, and network environments where servers are deployed, detailing service functionality and presenting corresponding topologies * Implement Microsoft NLB for load balancing * Install, configure, and decommission servers and software resources * Install, configure, and maintain services: DHCP, DNS, IIS, WSUS, Print Server, Microsoft Failover Clustering, and AD CS * Monitor the environment and analyze performance **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance: R$30/day * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Health Plan "Dona" * SESC Benefits * Well-being Programs and GoGood Gyms Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
