Job Summary: We are seeking a Cecon Implementation and Maintenance Manager to ensure operational success and efficiency by managing technical teams and projects, with a focus on high availability and continuous improvement. This role is critical to ensuring the company’s operational success and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Manage Cecon implementation and maintenance activities; * Coordinate technical teams and ensure project execution; * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure process integration. * Plan, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for remote gatehouse systems. * Ensure high asset availability, reducing failures and unplanned downtime. * Lead technical teams, define work schedules, conduct training, and ensure compliance with safety standards. * Manage inventory of critical spare parts and relationships with specialized suppliers. * Implement and monitor operational KPIs focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. * Manage implementation, expansion, and improvement projects, defining scope, schedule, budget, and resources. * Assess technical and economic feasibility of projects. * Act as the interface between technical teams, suppliers, and senior management. **Requirements:** * Experience in project management; * Knowledge of control and maintenance systems; * Ability to lead and motivate teams; * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of remote gatehouse systems, * CCTV * access control * networks and system integration. * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and results orientation. **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields. * Experience in maintenance and technical project management.
