Corporate Solutions Coordinator The Coordinator must serve as the primary point of contact among teams managed by supervisors. Key responsibilities include: * Integrating pre-sales, engineering, and project activities to ensure alignment across all teams. * Optimizing inter-team workflows by identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements. * Ensuring efficient communication so information flows seamlessly between teams without distortion. 2\. People Management and Development The Coordinator must support supervisors with HR-related matters and professional development: * Identifying training and upskilling needs for teams. * Assisting in resolving internal conflicts or performance issues that do not require direct supervisor intervention. * Supporting career development tracking for employees. 3\. Profile and Responsibilities of the New Coordinator 1\. Key Responsibilities The Corporate Solutions Coordinator must act as a strategic liaison, reporting directly to the manager and collaborating closely with supervisors.
