If you possess leadership qualities, enjoy indicator-based management, have expertise in financial/accounting routines, and thrive in a strategic role supporting business growth, this opportunity may be for you! **Your responsibilities here:** * Lead and develop Finance and IT teams, structure departmental processes and metrics, and act as a business partner to strengthen financial accountability and operational efficiency. * Conduct financial planning, forecast cash flow and investment feasibility, support growth-related decisions, and monitor financial and operational KPIs. * Ensure high-quality monthly closing, analyze the income statement (DRE) and key metrics (including margin by product/client), maintain internal controls and financial policies, and oversee budgetary governance across departments. * Monitor tax implications, prepare the company for changes such as Tax Reform, and ensure tax compliance and efficiency. * Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, collections, reduction of delinquency, banking relationships, and strategic contracts involving significant negotiations. * Oversee corporate procurement and contracts, ensure physical infrastructure, lead internal IT operations, plan technology investments, and interface with vendors. **Desired technical expertise:** * Solid experience in financial/administrative management, including Controllership, managerial accounting, and tax/fiscal routines; * Proficiency in cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial forecasting; * Knowledge of service taxation and calculation/remittance routines; ability to lead the tax reform process; * Experience with income statements (DRE), trial balances, and balance sheets (analysis and validation); * Metrics-driven management (KPIs), executive reporting, and presentations to senior leadership; * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with ERP and financial systems. **Preferred qualifications:** * Familiarity with SaaS companies * Experience with tax incentives **We are looking for someone who has:** * Practical leadership skills, capable of developing people and fostering a high-performance environment; * Clear communication, collaborative attitude, and conflict resolution skills; * Analytical mindset and results orientation, with a strong sense of ownership; * Organization, accountability, and ethics in managing critical routines; * Ability to operate effectively across both operational and strategic levels.
