Focus on continuous improvement and customer experience Job Description The Store Manager will be responsible for the full operation of the unit, ensuring excellence in customer service, cost control, team management, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Will directly lead the team, organize processes, and drive continuous improvement of the store. Main Responsibilities Operational Management Ensure store opening and closing according to standards Supervise customer service, production, and product display Maintain quality standards (products and service) Resolve daily operational issues People Management Lead, train, and develop the team Prepare work schedules and monitor working hours Monitor individual and collective performance Provide feedback and apply disciplinary measures when necessary Financial Management Control costs (COGS, waste, supplies) Monitor revenue, average transaction value, and targets Manage cash handling and financial reconciliation Seek margin and profitability improvement Inventory and Purchasing Manage inventory and prevent stockouts Place purchase orders Monitor expiration dates and losses Commercial and Sales Ensure sales targets are met Develop initiatives to increase revenue Enhance customer experience Track KPIs (conversion rate, average transaction value, foot traffic) KPIs to be evaluated Monthly revenue Average transaction value COGS (%) Waste/loss index Customer reviews (Google/iFood) Team productivity Mandatory Qualifications Previous experience as a store manager/supervisor (retail, cafeteria, bakery, or restaurant) Basic knowledge of financial management (costs, margins, cash handling) Experience in team management, organization, and leadership profile Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
