Shall we do this together? **How You Strengthen Our Mission** We are looking for a person to work in the production area, responsible for preparing budgets, detailing projects, and managing quotations—ensuring optimal balance among cost, quality, and timeline, with focus on financial viability and project excellence. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Identify project requirements and organize necessary information to prepare budgets and client proposals; * Estimate and organize costs for projects developed by creative and production teams; * Support the preparation of commercial proposals, contributing to deliveries that reflect the company’s quality and positioning; * Organize and verify documentation required for project execution (technical reports, ARTs, invoices, and freight manifests); * Describe and review pre-construction projects received from creative teams or third parties, preparing them for quotation requests; * Develop executive-detailing projects, translating creative concepts into clear, applicable technical specifications; * Maintain the base budget spreadsheet up to date, tracking supplier pricing; * Research and develop a catalog of new suppliers, service providers, labor resources, and already-established partners; * Participate in planning meetings, integrating creative, production, and execution teams as needed. **What We Expect From You** * Academic background in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, Layout, and AutoCAD; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.); * Experience in budget preparation and control; * Familiarity with project management and organization tools (e.g., Notion or similar); * Willingness to travel; * Prior experience in scenography projects will be considered a strong advantage. **How Does Our Selection Process Work?** * Resume submission; * Behavioral assessment (Profile); * Submission of technical detailing portfolio; * Interview with HR; * Interview with leadership. **Compensation and Benefits** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal/food allowance of R$ 45.00 per business day via Flash multi-benefit card; * Mobility allowance of R$ 27.00 per working day or Public Transportation Voucher; * Dental insurance; * Education assistance; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Flexible working hours; * Home Day: you may work from home one day per week :) * Opportunity to grow and develop!
