We are seeking a professional with proven experience to manage a frozen snack production team in the Greater Florianópolis region.
**About the Role:**
* **Production Planning:** Develop detailed production plans to meet sales and inventory demands, adjusting\-them as needed to address market fluctuations or supply issues.
* **Operations Supervision:** Monitor the production process to ensure products are manufactured within established quality standards and deadlines, intervening when problems or inefficiencies arise.
* **Team Management:** Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, operators, and other production staff, including conducting performance evaluations and developing training plans.
* **Quality Control:** Ensure quality control procedures are followed and final products meet required specifications, implementing improvements when standards are not met.
* **Equipment Maintenance:** Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production line operation.
* **Process Optimization:** Analyze current production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* **Inventory Management:** Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels, collaborating with the procurement department to ensure adequate supply.
* **Workplace Safety:** Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and raising employee awareness of best practices.
* **Production Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including cost, efficiency, and productivity analyses.
* **Interdepartmental Communication:** Collaborate with other departments—such as sales, marketing, and logistics—to ensure production objectives align with the company’s overall goals.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in **Nutrition**, **Food Engineering**, **Logistics**, or **Business Administration**.
* Minimum of **2 years** of production leadership experience.
* Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations (**ANVISA** and **Good Manufacturing Practices**).
* Certification in **Good Manufacturing Practices**.
* **Driver’s License Category B** and basic computer skills (**spreadsheets** and systems).
