Formulation and achievement of organizational goals DENTAL CLINIC The manager is responsible for mediating relationships among company leadership, professionals, and staff, and executing daily strategies to advance the company. Coordinates and guides the team, executes tasks and delegates responsibilities to ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with the clinic's culture and rules. 1 \- Ability to sell and prospect. 2 \- Being a competent mentor capable of developing people (TRAINING); 3 \- Agility in responding to immediate demands; 4 \- Tactfulness in dealing with people (PEOPLE MANAGEMENT); 5 \- Being a motivational and inspirational leader; 6 \- Personal and professional ethics; 7 – Proficiency in using feedback; 8 \- Emotional intelligence; 9 \- Being organized and disciplined. Managerial Routine: 1 Administrative processes; 2 Schedule organization; 3 Patient acquisition and conversion; 4 Goals and financial results; 5 Organizational performance metrics; 6 Monitoring clinical movement and organization; 7 Customer mediation for problem resolution. 8 Developing strategies to improve performance; 09 Reviewing reports from different company departments and units 10 Formulating and ensuring achievement of organizational goals 11 Maintaining good relationships with customers and key business partners. Requirements: Completed high school education, technical certification, or currently enrolled in undergraduate studies. (**PEOPLE MANAGEMENT PREFERRED**). Availability for shift adjustments as required by the company. Salary: R$ 2\.088,12 \+ 900,00 \= R$ 2\.988,12 Goal-based bonuses. Transportation allowance if needed.
