Act strategically to increase sales and enhance customer loyalty Vest Prado is looking for a Store Manager with leadership qualities, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for fashion to work at our I Fashion Shopping Center location. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily store operations, ensuring excellence in customer service * Lead, train, and develop the sales team * Monitor sales goals and performance metrics (sales volume, average transaction value, conversion rate) * Organize staff schedules, working hours, and team requirements * Ensure store organization, visual merchandising (VM), and brand standards * Manage inventory, goods receipt, and dispatch * Act strategically to increase sales and enhance customer loyalty Requirements: * Proven experience as a store manager or assistant store manager (preferably in fashion retail) * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills * Leadership and people management capabilities * Focus on goals and results * Flexible availability, including weekends Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent contract Salary: R$3.500,00 \- R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Sales and management (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
