Opportunity to define the role as Buyer, Coordinator, or Manager An administrative and management services company is looking for a professional to work in the Purchasing department, with focus on planning, supplier negotiation, inventory management, and strategic support to finance, commercial, and operations departments. The final role definition (Buyer, Purchasing Coordinator, or Purchasing Manager) will be determined after interviews with shortlisted candidates, based on technical profile and experience level. Main Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute purchasing department activities; Identify merchandise requirements and analyze physical and financial inventory; Prepare purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines; Negotiate with suppliers (prices, delivery terms, commercial conditions, and benefits); Evaluate and develop suppliers; Monitor performance indicators (inventory turnover, margins, costs, and lead times); Collaborate with the finance department to align purchasing activities with cash flow; Perform pricing and cost analysis; Research new products and market trends; Manage and analyze purchasing and inventory reports; Provide strategic product mix guidance to store managers; Ensure accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping in company systems. **Requirements:** High school diploma (mandatory); Preferred: currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Purchasing Management, or related fields; Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in retail; Knowledge of negotiation, cost analysis, inventory management, and KPIs; Analytical, organized, and strategic mindset.
