




Job Summary: Professional responsible for organizing and archiving documents, supporting the librarian, serving users, and assisting in collection management and preservation. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Organize and archive physical and digital documents; * Support the librarian’s tasks and requests; * Serve users (in person, by phone, email, and chat) regarding document requests and provide assistance whenever requested for web-based or in-person inquiries; * Assist in verifying documents digitized by junior apprentices; * Assist in executing, issuing, and reviewing data reports, as well as support the preparation and updating of spreadsheets and electronic documents, according to departmental needs, immediate supervisor’s requests, and established routines; * Assist in retrieving documents and information; * Record and manage document and file loans/returns; * Manage protocols; * Update databases; * Prepare, organize, and label bibliographic materials; * Assist in training and supervising junior apprentices/interns; * Create, update, and maintain documentation in appropriate repositories; * Organize and preserve the collection; Requirements: Enrolled in Library Science (from the 2nd semester onward). Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite). Prior experience in specialized libraries or document/archival centers is desirable. Familiarity with library management systems is desirable. Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills. Organizational ability and attention to detail. Teamwork capability. Proactivity and initiative.
