Job Summary: Build predictive models using Machine Learning techniques and develop solutions to delight customers and drive business results. Key Highlights: 1. Research new algorithms and technical solutions applicable to the business **Main Responsibilities:** * Build predictive models using Machine Learning techniques (productionization); * Develop solutions to delight our customers and enhance company results. Requirements: **We are looking for someone with:** * Knowledge of **predictive models and Machine Learning techniques**; * Experience with the **Python** programming language, as well as familiarity with data science and data analysis libraries; * Knowledge of **data analysis** using open-source tools; * Knowledge of **AI technologies**; * Experience with **dashboard creation**; * Interest in **researching new algorithms and technical solutions** applicable to our business. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with **Machine Learning pipelines and MLOps**, including full lifecycle model management (**training**, **versioning**, and **validation**) using **Kubeflow**, **MLflow**, **Airflow**, or **AWS SageMaker**; * Hands-on experience implementing **CI/CD for data and ML projects**, including **test automation**, **validations**, and **deployment** via **GitHub Actions**, ensuring reproducibility, traceability, and continuous delivery; * Practical experience in **deploying models to production environments**; * Solid knowledge of **monitoring models in production**; * Proficiency in **containers** and **orchestration**.
