Job Summary: We are seeking a Portfolio Management Analyst to provide strategic, analytical, and operational support to portfolio startups, with high exposure to strategic decision-making. Dynamic involvement in multiple projects simultaneously We seek a Portfolio Management Analyst to directly support portfolio startups with strategic, analytical, and operational assistance. This person will have direct contact with executives, investors, and founders, contributing financial analyses, market intelligence, and the development of strategic materials. This is a dynamic role involving multiple simultaneous projects and a high level of exposure to strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and update financial models (revenue, costs, cash flow, and runway); * Collect, organize, and monitor financial and operational KPIs; * Prepare and review presentations, reports, and pitch decks for investors; * Support startups in organizing data and fundraising processes; * Conduct market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis; * Structure strategic analyses to support decision-making; * Evaluate new business opportunities and support the creation of new startups; * Contribute to internal process improvements and tool implementation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; * 1–3 years of experience (including internships) in consulting, startups, venture capital, or strategic functions; * Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas and pivot tables); * Experience creating executive presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar); * Intermediate English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in financial modeling or investment analysis; * Experience in strategic consulting or startups; * Knowledge of biotechnology, healthcare, or agribusiness; * Advanced Excel, automation, or data analysis skills; * Experience with public funding calls and grants; * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Employment type: Independent Contractor (PJ) * Work schedule: Full-time — 100% on-site Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
