Senior Product Analyst

Description

We are seeking a Product Analyst to comprehensively oversee the product development process—from initial conception through to launch—ensuring projects are successfully conceived and delivered in alignment with briefing expectations, deadlines, and Hurbana’s quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee the product development process to ensure effective integration of design concepts and functionality; * Manage contracts with suppliers and consultants, negotiating terms and supervising contract execution to ensure service compliance and quality; * Develop and monitor project schedules, performing advanced schedule management to meet established deadlines and adjusting them as necessary; * Provide technical support to designers’ activities, serving as a technical reference point and promoting best practices in architecture, engineering, and sustainability; * Manage communication among project stakeholders, ensuring efficient information flow across all interested parties; * Prepare periodic progress reports, monitoring and evaluating project performance against defined objectives; * Lead and attend technical meetings, ensuring guidelines and decisions are clearly communicated and documented; * Support payment release decisions for designers based on satisfactory completion of project phases; * Develop NBR standards and Condominium Bylaws, ensuring documents comply with applicable regulations and provide clear guidance to end users; * Oversee the creation of visualizations, humanized floor plans, and scale models to facilitate stakeholder and client understanding and visualization of projects; * Provide technical support to senior management on new business initiatives, conducting technical and financial feasibility analyses and proposing strategies aligned with the company’s commercial objectives; * Analyze feasibility and propose implementation of new technologies/construction processes, leading innovation and application of sustainable and eco-efficient practices in developments; * Monitor the approval and legalization process of developments, managing all required steps to obtain permits and approvals and ensuring legal compliance of projects; * Conduct market analyses and innovation research to identify emerging trends and assess their applicability to ongoing projects; * Support the development and implementation of marketing and sales initiatives, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to promote projects; * Foster strategic relationships with stakeholders, establishing and maintaining effective communication to secure support and alignment with project objectives; * Support the development of visual communication guidelines for retail stores and decorated apartments, aligning them with the development’s overall concept; * Stay updated on the latest industry trends. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Sienge system; * Project management; * AutoCAD, MS Project; * Intermediate/advanced English.
