




Job Summary: A professional to monitor the apartment customization cycle, from request registration to project completion, providing customer service and interfacing with multiple departments. Description: What we expect from you: Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields. Desirable: Experience in construction projects, customer service, and/or customization processes in construction companies or real estate developers. Desired Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read and interpret architectural and complementary drawings; knowledge of civil construction materials and finishes; basic understanding of budgeting and cost control; proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel) and AutoCAD; familiarity with management software (ERP, Sienge, or similar) is desirable. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Monitor the entire customization cycle for sold apartments, from request registration to project completion. * Provide customer service, clarifying questions regarding the process, available options, timelines, and additional costs. * Support customers in selecting finishes, layouts, and other customization items, ensuring compliance with technical standards and the project’s descriptive memorandum. * Prepare and review spreadsheets, reports, and tracking records related to customization requests. * Interface with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Post-Construction departments to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to execution deadlines. * Physically monitor (where applicable) customization execution in units, validating quality and compliance with agreed specifications. * Manage budgets, approvals, and billing related to requested customizations. * Ensure continuous updates to internal systems and documentation regarding completed customizations. * Support the development and updating of manuals, option catalogs, and customization policies. * Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s quality and service standards. 2511050202231849426
