




Job Summary: Technical support assistant for customers, involved in product implementation, triage, access assistance, customer service (SAC), and routine service and management support. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in technical support to customers via various channels 2. Support product implementation processes and service triage 3. Perform routine customer service and company management support RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist customers with technical support via chat, phone, email, or WhatsApp; * Assist in remote product implementation processes with customers; * Assist in service triage; * Assist customers with product access procedures (login and access keys); * Assist in customer service (SAC); * Support company management; * Other routine service tasks. REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Technology (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.); * Availability to work onsite in the Campinas neighborhood of São José - SC; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer service channels. Compensation: R$1.300,00 - R$1.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: Onsite
