Teamwork: Ability to collaborate, listen to colleagues, and contribute to a positive environment. CCTV experience (analog/IP) required. Access Control (including turnstiles and revolving doors). Alarm system maintenance. Networking and Analog/IP Telephony. **Desirable** Organization: Meticulousness in tasks, effective time management, and punctual commitment fulfillment. Appearance and Diction: Good diction and appearance, given direct customer interaction (e.g., clear communication, conveying confidence, and professionalism during service). Maintenance experience in fire and automation systems; if lacking, must be acquired through courses after hiring (during probation period). Availability for on-call shifts and emergency calls.
