What you’ll do: - Lead the development team technically, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, testing, and documentation. - Support the team in making technical decisions, ensuring efficient, sustainable, and secure solutions. - Participate in the technical planning of projects, collaborating with stakeholders. - Develop and review code (code reviews), contributing to standardization and continuous software improvement. - Propose and implement architectural improvements, refactorings, and technological modernizations. - Ensure continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevOps culture within the team. - Monitor the team’s technical performance and contribute to each member’s professional growth. - Support the identification and mitigation of technical risks in strategic projects. - Serve as the bridge between the technical team and other departments, translating business requirements into viable solutions. - Evaluate and introduce new technologies that add value to the company’s systems. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
