Job Summary: Provide operational support in logistics, ensuring agile and traceable pickup/delivery flows and customer service for part shipments. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end tracking of logistics processes. **Logistics Analyst (Freight, Shipping, and Maintenance Shipment Support)** Provide operational logistics support, ensuring agile and traceable pickup/delivery flows, freight request processing, system order creation, and customer service for part shipment requests related to repairs—with end-to-end tracking until completion. Main Responsibilities * Contact and quote freight carriers (carriers/marketplaces), defining deadlines, transportation mode, cost, and optimal option per SLA. * Create and initiate delivery requests in the system (order/freight request), ensuring complete data entry (customer, address, volumes, invoices, deadlines). * Schedule pickups and deliveries, monitor status, resolve issues with carriers, and maintain updated tracking information. * Receive and record customer requests for repair shipments (parts/equipment), advising on shipping procedures, deadlines, and required documentation. * Respond to customers via the maintenance ticketing platform—answering requests, updating statuses, collecting information, and escalating to the responsible department when necessary. * Assist with volume verification, shipping organization, and internal communication (production/maintenance/warehouse) to ensure correct and timely shipments. * Maintain updated logistics records and information (carriers, deadlines, tracking numbers, incidents) and support simple performance reporting (deadlines, delays, incidents).
