




Job Summary: Professional to work in the Postgraduate Secretariat, promoting courses, recruiting students, monitoring the market, and providing service to internal and external audiences. Support for social media management and commercial projects **Internal and External Position** **To work in the Postgraduate Secretariat** **Responsibilities:** Conduct external visits to companies, focusing on course promotion and execution of institutional commercial activities; Develop strategies and action plans aimed at student recruitment and achievement of established targets; Monitor the market and represent UNIVALI at institutional, academic, and corporate events, fairs, meetings, and promotional activities, presenting courses offered by the campus and the Postgraduate Program; Support the planning, organization, and execution of in-person or online institutional postgraduate events, coordinating with relevant internal departments; Provide service to internal and external audiences (students, faculty, partners, and interested parties) via all institutional channels available through UNIVALI; Provide service via Omnichat and other digital channels and official social media platforms; Register, track, and forward requests and inquiries to responsible departments, providing support and clarifications until resolution; Carry out communication-related activities targeting the public, ensuring clarity, agility, and institutional alignment; Plan and execute audience engagement initiatives, proposing marketing, promotion, and loyalty-building actions; Support management of the Postgraduate Program’s social media platforms—especially LinkedIn—collaborating in the promotion of courses, events, institutional initiatives, and strategic content; Promote the institutional brand, organize requests, define priorities, balance schedules, and meet deadlines; Support the manager in projects related to commercial operations, communications, and partner management. Act as an interface between internal departments directly interacting with customers, seeking integrated solutions; Map and segment customers by profile and needs, developing specific actions for each group; Support administrative tasks, including organization, archiving, and control of documents, reports, minutes, and institutional records. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Marketing, or related fields; Postgraduate specialization in Communication, Marketing, Events, or Customer Relationship Management is desirable; Experience in customer service (students and faculty) and/or commercial areas; Experience or familiarity with omnichannel service (chat, social media, and service systems); Knowledge of digital communication strategies, with emphasis on LinkedIn and institutional social media; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Interpersonal relationship and negotiation skills; Organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks; Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite and service systems); Availability for external visits, event support, and participation in institutional activities; Proactive profile focused on results, goal attainment, and high-quality service.
