Job Summary: The Marketing Supervisor leads the Marketing Plan, coordinates the team, and ensures the execution of marketing strategies and promotional activities. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the creation of promotional and institutional materials **The Marketing Supervisor** will implement the Marketing Plan, measuring and analyzing the results of executed strategies. Coordinate the activities of the Marketing department team, monitoring task execution to ensure adherence to deadlines and specified methods, thereby meeting service requirements and maintaining the company's image. **Performing the following specific activities:** 1 \- Guide the Marketing department team on the company's Marketing Plan, current sales conditions, promotional campaigns, newly launched products, and new marketing strategies to ensure goal achievement and effective implementation of initiatives. 2 \- Control merchandising materials for commercial activities. 3 \- Ensure fulfillment of received briefings, and creation of institutional and promotional materials (offers/new arrivals/product catalog). 4 \- Establish effective communication with other company departments, the sales team, and suppliers to ensure successful production and execution of marketing actions and commercial campaigns. 5 \- Ensure customer interaction through the company's communication channels. 6 \- Organize conventions, trade fairs, and events promoted by the company. 7 \- Support the Sales Supervision team and sales staff with materials and information regarding the company's marketing actions and promotions. 8 \- Identify new suppliers to meet departmental requirements. 9 \- Monitor action schedules at client locations. 10 \- Develop training schedules and support sales team training sessions conducted at client locations. 11 \- Create social media posting schedules and schedules for other company channels, ensuring timely publication. 12 \- Perform other related duties as requested by the Executive Board and Commercial Management.
