We are seeking an Attendance Supervisor in the Florianópolis region to supervise technical teams responsible for the **installation**, **maintenance**, and **repair** of telecommunications services. The professional will be challenged to ensure operational quality, adherence to deadlines, and customer satisfaction. **\*Responsibilities:** \- Supervise technical teams responsible for installation and maintenance of telephone and internet services. \- Ensure compliance with operational and quality performance indicators (KPIs). \- Monitor and validate technical support ticket handling processes, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. \- Conduct training and monitor field technicians’ performance. \- Monitor proper use of tools and work equipment. \- Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support, to continuously improve processes. \- Manage work schedules and team deployments. \- Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. **\*Requirements:** \- Prior experience in the telecommunications field, preferably supervising field teams. \- Technical knowledge of telecommunications networks, structured cabling, fiber optics, and telephony. \- Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or related fields is a plus). \- Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B.
