Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Junior Support Analyst SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Provide specialized technical support for alarm control panels and CCTV systems, resolving complex issues, identifying faults, and implementing effective solutions. Handle service tickets and resolve technical issues; Schedule and manage field service requests; Perform basic configuration and maintenance of CCTV and alarm control panel systems; Log and track service tickets in the internal system. Work collaboratively in a team, coordinating with other technical support staff, managers, installers, technicians, and vendors.
