Proficiency in technical and consultative sales Opportunity to join the commercial team of Estrutura Equipamentos, operating in northern Santa Catarina. This position involves end-to-end sales cycle management—from prospecting new customers to closing deals—as well as providing continuous support to existing customers and post-sales services. The professional will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, developing markets, negotiating proposals, contracts, timelines, and commercial terms, and achieving established targets. Full-time position with a hybrid work model, enabling both on-site work and remote task execution. Qualifications: * **Sales knowledge:** Experience in technical sales, consultative selling, new market development, expansion, customer portfolio management, and customer relationship building. * **Communication skills:** Ability to convey clear and effective information through various channels, including in-person meetings, remote meetings, telephone, and e\-mail. * **Planning and organization:** Ability to manage multiple demands, customers, and deadlines while maintaining focus on established strategic goals and CRM management. * **Market knowledge:** Experience or familiarity with the civil construction equipment market will be considered an advantage (Formwork and Shoring). Advantage \- Technical education in building construction or civil engineering.
