Job Summary: Professional responsible for creating visual content for various social media platforms, institutional graphic materials, commercial presentations, and product layouts, with emphasis on engagement and user experience. We are a company with 10 years of market experience, serving nearly 2 million users across Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Creation of visual assets for different social media platforms in various formats: cards, carousels, stories, reels, and PDFs; * Creation of institutional graphic materials and visual identity assets; * Design of promotional items; * Development of commercial presentations; * Creation of educational content materials for clients; * Creation of materials focused on engagement and upselling; * Design of layouts for new products; * Creation of website pages, landing pages, and emails in general; * Suggestion of social media content; * Support in developing materials for Customer Success (CS) and Support teams; * Support in developing materials for Human Resources (HR). **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Adobe software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; * Skills in Figma or XD are valued; * Knowledge of design principles: layout, color theory, typography, composition; * Familiarity with user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX) concepts; * Ability to think outside the box and create original visual solutions; * Skill in conveying clear and effective messages through design; * Collaboration with developers, marketing, and other team members; * Attention to precision and quality in all aspects of design; * Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies; * Knowledge of complementary AI tools. **At Winker, you will enjoy the following benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 31.00 per day via CAJU card, with no deduction from the employee’s salary * Transportation allowance * Birthday leave * Weekly Friday social gatherings * Equipped cafeteria * Relaxation area with billiards and bean bags * After 6 months of employment: R$ 400.00 in flexible benefits, with no deduction from the employee’s salary * Dental care plan * SESC discount partnership **FULLY IN-PERSON MODEL IN FLORIANÓPOLIS, SC**
