**Bravura Park is hiring!** We are seeking a new team member to strengthen our accounting structure and strategically support the park’s financial and administrative operations. **Position: Accountant \| Strategic Operations** On-site work in Tijucas – SC We seek analytical, organized professionals with strong accounting insight to work in a dynamic, growing operation with high operational volume. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform accounting routines and monthly closing * Review and analyze accounting and financial entries * Support tax assessments and ancillary obligations * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies * Prepare accounting, management, and financial indicator reports * Support internal and external audits * Perform accounting reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet accounts * Monitor tax documentation, contracts, and internal processes * Support management with strategic analyses and decision-making assistance * Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences * Active CRC registration will be considered a significant advantage * Prior experience in accounting and financial closing * Knowledge of tax, accounting legislation, and ancillary obligations * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems **Advantages:** * Experience in tourism, hospitality, entertainment, theme parks, or high-volume operations * Experience managing seasonal operations and dynamic environments * Knowledge of controllership, auditing, or financial planning * Familiarity with management indicators and strategic analysis **Desired Profile:** * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical ability and strategic vision * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Responsibility, ethics, and reliability * Operational agility and adaptability **What we offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Benefits according to internal policy * Dynamic, collaborative, and growing work environment * Opportunity to work at one of the region’s most promising theme parks **If you believe in strategy, control, and operational excellence, we want to meet you — apply now!** Compensation: R$5\.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
