Customer service and relationship management We are conducting a selection process for a law firm seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to support the team’s operational and commercial routines, contributing to document organization, contract formalization, and customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Organizing and verifying documents required for service and contract formalization (ID card, proof of address, work card, social security documents, among others); * Contacting clients to request and follow up on documents, send contracts, and clarify doubts; * Providing direct support to commercial attorneys; * Assisting in drafting and organizing contracts; * Entering information into the law firm’s legal software; * Organizing and managing documents and folders in Google Drive; * Providing general administrative support to ensure efficiency in service delivery and process formalization. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Education: Completed high school; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, organized profile with strong client relationship skills; **Work Model:**\* On-site – Florianópolis/SC; Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; CLT employment contract; Fixed salary \+ meal allowance \+ transportation allowance. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
