We are looking for a talented and committed professional to join our high-performance team and contribute to highly significant projects. * Coordinate and supervise work teams, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and productivity; * Read and interpret project drawings, budgets, and technical specifications; * Plan and monitor construction phases, from mobilization to final delivery; * Control the entry, exit, and usage of materials, tools, and equipment on site; * Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; * Identify, analyze, and resolve problems and unforeseen issues during construction; * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in service execution. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Civil Construction; * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman; * Experience in commercial and/or hospital construction projects; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting project drawings, budgets, and technical specifications; * Leadership and decision-making skills; * Willingness to relocate and work in other states.
