Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Working alongside leaders of digital-environment projects to ensure the success of the program these initiatives belong to; * Ensuring project timelines are met through planning and coordination of activities across all participating departments; * Ensuring adherence to project investment and expense budgets through planning, coordination, monitoring, and control of activities across all participating departments, per the approved budget; * Maintaining team integration by managing conflicts and acting as a facilitator in decision-making throughout the entire project scope; * Keeping senior management informed about each project’s progress through regular monitoring reports prepared throughout the project lifecycle; * Supporting project procedures and phases to enhance productivity through continuous improvement; * Acting as a consultant, guiding the team to improve collective performance according to company-defined processes.
