Ensure organization and governance of data repositories **Position: Data Assistant / Analyst – CFO Company** CFO Company seeks an analytical and organized professional to process, integrate, and analyze e-commerce financial and operational data, ensuring predictability and intelligence for Financial BPO and Controller functions. **Responsibilities** * Extract data from sales platforms and marketplaces * Integrate information from payment gateways * Process and standardize datasets into P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet structures * Create dashboards (Looker Studio / Power BI / Sheets) * Support internal teams during monthly closing * Automate processes and reconciliations * Detect anomalies and generate insights * Ensure organization and governance of data repositories **Requirements** * Advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency * Experience with e-commerce data * Knowledge of P&L and cash flow statements * Experience with integrations (CSV, simple APIs) **Desirable** * Power BI / Looker Studio * Apps Script or Python * n8n / Zapier / Pluga * Experience with Financial BPO **Experience Level:** Assistant or Analyst (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.800,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
