Job Summary: Responsible for preparing sushi and other recipes, inventory control, organization and cleaning of the kiosk, ensuring food hygiene and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Work environment that values cleanliness and organization Job Description: * Prepare sushi; * Prepare recipes, organize and add ingredients (spices, fillings, herbs, seaweed); * Clean fish using specialized knives; * Cook rice using an electric rice cooker; * Monitor food expiration dates; * Wash vegetables and utensils; * Fry foods, cut fruits and vegetables; * Manage product inventory, receive and inspect incoming goods; * Keep the kiosk clean and organized, clean the buffet glass, work counter, and other utensils.
