Completion of high school is the minimum educational requirement Job Description: * Prepare sushi; * Prepare recipes, organize and add ingredients (seasonings, fillings, herbs, seaweed); * Clean fish using specialized knives; * Cook rice using an electric rice cooker; * Monitor food expiration dates; * Wash vegetables and utensils; * Fry food, and cut fruits and vegetables; * Manage product inventory, receive and inspect delivered items; * Keep the kiosk clean and organized, clean the buffet glass, work counter, and other utensils.
