Inventory control and herbicide application ###### **Job Details** * Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) * Professional Area: Building Maintenance * Workload: 220 hours * Work Schedule: 12 X 36 (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) * Salary: R$ 2\.400,00 * Work Modality: On-site ###### **Benefits** Transportation Allowance; Meal Allowance; Meals on site; Pharmacy Benefit Program; Health and Dental Insurance; Childcare Assistance; Attendance Incentive Program; Three-Star Program; Birthday Day Off; Psychological Support \- Wellz / Hazard Pay 30% ###### **Responsibilities and Duties** Job Mission Assist the technical team in executing and monitoring maintenance, preventive maintenance, and calibration activities for building infrastructure and medical-hospital machines and equipment across the entire hospital facility, performing repairs, fabrications, and restorations; conducting welding, renovation, and painting services; cleaning air filters; supervising pest control and rodent control services; operating wastewater treatment stations; monitoring consumption and replenishing additives; replacing, substituting, and repairing equipment such as soap dispensers, paper towel holders, toilet paper holders, and others—thereby supporting operational readiness of departmental resources, sectors, hydraulic networks, wastewater treatment stations, sterile material centers, gas supply centers, kitchens, and other areas, to ensure optimal functioning of hospital material resources and enable delivery of healthcare services. Responsibilities Assist the technical team in executing and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building infrastructure; Assist the technical team in executing and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical machinery and equipment, including routing electrical circuits and organizing cable placement within raceways, beds, conduits, and ducts containing energized conductors; Assist the team in repairing hydrosanitary networks (cold water, hot water, and sewage); Assist in executing minor renovation works on hospital infrastructure; Assist the EMH (medical-hospital equipment) technical team in executing and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electromedical equipment and vacuum systems; Perform painting and repair services on hospital utensils (e.g., dining tables, IV pole supports); Supervise third-party services related to grease traps; supervise third-party preventive and corrective maintenance performed at the pumping station; Clean and sanitize air filters in air-conditioning equipment, supporting the technical team in required corrective and preventive maintenance; Arrange replacement and repair of equipment such as soap dispensers, paper towel holders, toilet paper holders, and others; Conduct maintenance inventory counts, stocktaking, and track material inflows and outflows; Apply herbicides to weeds between pavement joints, remove weeds from external hospital areas and open rooftop areas; Regulate temperatures in restricted areas via the I\-vu system; Perform data queries, system applications, and data entry into the computerized system as requested; Carry out additional tasks of similar nature and complexity related to this position, as assigned. ###### **Requirements and Qualifications** Basic knowledge of masonry services Basic knowledge of carpentry services Basic knowledge of hydrosanitary systems Basic knowledge of cabinetmaking Knowledge of painting techniques and wall preparation for painting Knowledge of construction works Basic knowledge of plasterboard renovations (walls and ceilings) Basic knowledge of climate control systems Knowledge of maintenance methods and applications Knowledge of Tasy Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) Regulatory Standard NR-10 Job Code: 227
