Job Summary: Professional responsible for collecting and calculating data for payroll, termination settlements, and vacation calculations, as well as managing leaves of absence and employment stability provisions. Managing leave of absence, employment stability provisions, and health insurance plans WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Monthly salary between R$ 4,059.00 and R$ 4,500.00; meal voucher or food allowance of R$ 700.00; transportation voucher or fuel allowance; childcare allowance; training programs; wellness policies; diverse partnership agreements. After the probationary period, additional benefits include health and dental insurance plans, birthday leave, among others. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Previous experience in this role; * Availability to work on-site in the Estreito neighborhood, Florianópolis; * Proactivity, commitment, and decision-making ability; * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with the Questor system is an advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collect payroll-related data and perform corresponding calculations; * Calculate termination settlements and vacation entitlements; * Manage leaves of absence and employment stability provisions; * Monitor and implement rules stipulated in Collective Bargaining Agreements; * Provide support regarding CLT labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements; * Conduct termination settlements homologation; * Communicate with all departments and employees; * Manage and organize vacation schedules; * Administer health insurance, dental insurance, and pharmacy benefit plans.
