We value those who seek growth, innovation, and impact. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop embedded systems; * Evolve and maintain existing products; * Interface with other teams within the development department; * Perform functional, validation, unit, and parametric testing; * Document projects in Jira and Microsoft platform tools; * Lead technical documentation creation and research into technological innovations; * Provide technical support, contributing to other teams as requested; * Contribute to and disseminate information security and data privacy practices for confidential and restricted data, regarding departmental and company routines. **Requirements:** * C/C++ programming for embedded systems, working in bare-metal or RTOS environments, including driver development, peripheral control, and low-level debugging; * Knowledge of embedded communication protocols and interfaces such as Modbus, CAN, SPI, and RS-485, with experience integrating sensors, actuators, and industrial devices; * Experience integrating devices, optimizing memory and processing usage, real-time data management, and developing for low-power operation; * Application of best practices for embedded systems development, including modular architecture, hardware abstraction layer (HAL), state machines, design patterns, and emphasis on adaptability, testability, and maintainability; * Product quality and security assurance, including implementation of security measures, firmware integrity, rigorous testing, risk analysis, identification and mitigation of potential failures, and compliance with QA standards and processes; * Knowledge of network protocols applied to connected devices, such as HTTP, TLS, DNS, and NTP, considering security and reliability requirements; * Experience with wireless communication technologies and embedded connectivity, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, and mobile networks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience developing tools and automating processes using languages such as Python, C#, or C++, especially for testing, validation, continuous integration, or embedded development support; * Knowledge of database and cloud service integration, such as SQL, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, S3, or similar, in the context of IoT and telemetry solutions; * Familiarity with additional industrial protocols, such as OPC, and integration with supervisory systems or industrial platforms. **Education:** * Completed high school; technical course in mechatronics or related fields is desirable; * Undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields — ongoing or completed. **Benefits:** * **Transportation:** Transportation allowance or commuting assistance with no payroll deduction; * **Multi-benefit card:** A flexible card facilitating the use of flexible meal/food vouchers, allowing you to choose how and where to use them; * **Life insurance:** Global life insurance; * **Health and dental plans:** Company-paid health and dental plans after the probationary period; * **SESI agreement:** Agreements with Farmasesi and OdontoSesi to ensure your well-being; * **Health and wellness:** GoGood partnership offering discounts at gyms and access to nutritionists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals; * **Ergonomics care:** On-site physiotherapy/osteopathy services; * **Professional development:** Incentives for your growth, training programs, and certification support; * **Incentives:** Profit-sharing program (PLR), performance bonuses, and training opportunities; * **Partnerships:** EBAC and Influx; * **Recognition:** Tenure-based bonuses and course completion bonuses; * **Office comfort and meals:** Unlimited fruits and coffee, plus access to Market4u and Dynamarket; * **Culture and environment:** Monthly social events and a relaxed atmosphere without dress code; * **Location:** Office with an amazing view!
