Job Summary: Responsible for picking up, driving, and returning customers' vehicles, ensuring care and safety, and delivering replacement vehicles when necessary. Key Highlights: 1. Alignment with controller's instructions * Pick up vehicles from customers' premises, ensuring care and safety throughout the process. * Drive vehicles to workshops, dealerships, and other partners to perform required services. * Retrieve vehicles after service completion and return them to customers according to scheduled appointments. * Deliver replacement vehicles to customers when necessary. * Collect damaged vehicles for forwarding to maintenance locations. * Always act in alignment with the Controller's instructions, who provides operational guidance and support. * Maintain access to a support vehicle to meet daily demands, performing trips as required by operational needs.
