Job Summary: Kapersul, a paper recycling company, is seeking a Driver's Assistant to support external collections, loading and unloading of materials, and truck organization. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in organizing the truck and materials **Kapersul Indústria e Comércio de Papéis S/A**, a company with strong presence in the **paper recycling sector**, is recruiting professionals to join our team as **Driver's Assistant**. **Responsibilities:** Accompany the driver on external collections; Load and unload materials (paper, cardboard, plastic, and other recyclables); Assist in organizing the truck and materials; Support operational activities as needed. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education; Proactivity and willingness to learn; Good physical fitness (the role involves material collection and loading); Responsibility, respect, and good interpersonal skills; Professionalism and courtesy.
