Job Summary:
Fleet operator responsible for safe vehicle operation, preventive vehicle maintenance, and yard organization, with a focus on communication and problem-solving.

**Main Responsibilities:**

* Operate company fleet vehicles safely and efficiently;
* Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition;
* Maintain accurate records of mileage, maintenance, and repairs performed on vehicles;
* Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations during driving operations;
* Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to supervision;
* Organize the yard to optimize physical space.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Driver's License Category B (mandatory);
* Availability to work on weekends and holidays (6x1 shift schedule);
* Prior experience as a driver or fleet operator;
* Ability to remain calm and act responsibly in adverse traffic situations;
* Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
**Desirable Requirements (preferred):**

* Knowledge of fleet management and vehicle tracking systems;
* Basic English;
* Courses in vehicle safety or defensive driving.
