As a **Senior Project Analyst**, you will be responsible for ensuring project development within the required timelines for launch and construction execution, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s technical and quality standards, applicable legislation, and relevant regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you in your day-to-day:** * Coordinate the preparation of executive and legal projects and ensure development within established deadlines, ensuring quality, adherence to technical standards, and legal requirements; * Manage and analyze projects during pre- and post-launch phases; * Ensure necessary communication for successful project development and construction execution with interfacing departments (Legal Projects, Products, Budgeting, Quality, and Construction); * Integrate multidisciplinary projects (architectural, structural, installations, landscaping, interiors, etc.) across all project development stages; * Conduct critical project analysis, considering technical, functional, aesthetic, financial, and constructability aspects at every project development stage; * Request and monitor technical studies throughout all project phases to identify cost-effective and high-benefit solutions; * Identify risks and conduct risk and opportunity analyses; * Prepare technical briefs and guidelines for project development; * Review and provide feedback on sales materials: images, physical models, humanized floor plans; * Provide necessary information for preliminary and executive budget development; * Hire project design teams; * Evaluate contracted designers; * Develop and manage project schedules; * Prepare the Descriptive Memorial and validate it with stakeholders; * Arrange and monitor project approvals through the legalization department; **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture; * Proven experience in the real estate sector; * AutoCAD; * BIM; * Knowledge of legislation and technical standards; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to work onsite in Florianópolis/SC. **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** * Communication; * Proactivity; * Leadership; * Engagement; * Analytical ability; **Additional Information** Here, you will find a collaborative environment filled with competent and committed professionals.
