Development and standardization of operational routines ### **Job Opening: Quality Operations Leader – Rede Drops** **Rede Drops** is **transforming the hospitality market!** We are the **largest motel franchise network in Brazil**, with an **innovative management model** and a **team passionate about results**. We are expanding and **seeking new talents** to join our team! ### **Work Schedule and Employment Type** * **Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off \- Every Sunday off; work shift starts at 07:20 AM with no fixed end time. * **Employment Type:** 100% **in-person** ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement **quality processes and standards** applicable to all units; * Conduct **operational and cleaning audits**, ensuring compliance with procedures; * Draft and revise **checklists** and **operational routines**; * Identify **opportunities for improvement** and propose practical, sustainable solutions; * Produce **audit reports** and **corrective action plans**; * Train teams and support managers in applying standardized processes; * Monitor **quality and performance indicators** across units. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience in **quality management, process auditing**, or **continuous improvement**; * Ability to **structure and standardize** operational routines; * **Analytical capability**, critical thinking, and attention to detail; * **Leadership profile**, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams; * **Willingness to travel frequently** (up to 15 days at a time, with intervals between trips); * **Organizational skills**, professional demeanor, and **results orientation**. ### **Benefits** * **Bonus:** BRL 100.00 per night spent away from home (meal voucher); * **Company-paid travel** (bus or airplane); * **Accommodation** at guesthouses or within network units; * **Meal allowance:** BRL 400.00 (BRL 600.00 after 90 days); * **Fuel allowance:** no payroll deduction; * **Transportation allowance:** 6% payroll deduction; * **Attendance Day Off** \+ **6 additional annual days off**; * **Drops Loyalty Club** (tenure-based bonus); * **Life insurance**; * **Unimed health plan** (fixed monthly fee). ### **Join the Drops Team!** If you are **analytical, organized**, and enjoy **turning processes into results**, come join the **largest motel franchise network in Brazil**. ### **Apply now and grow with Rede Drops!** Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Willingness to travel
