Bravura Park is hiring! We are seeking a new team member to strengthen our procurement, supply, and strategic supplier relationship operations. **Position: Purchaser | Strategic Operations** On-site work in Tijucas – SC We seek analytical professionals with strategic vision and strong negotiation skills to ensure efficient park operations supply. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchase order finalization with suppliers * Procure operational inputs such as A&B, cleaning, maintenance, uniforms, PPEs, retail items, and other supplies * Monitor delivery timelines, inventory levels, and internal department demands * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers * Identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements * Support procurement for events, seasonal activities, and new park projects * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies * Record purchase orders, contracts, and negotiation history in the ERP system * Monitor performance indicators such as lead time, savings, stockouts, and supplier SLAs **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement * Knowledge of negotiation, supplier management, and procurement processes * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume operations * Experience in food, maintenance, and outsourced services procurement * Familiarity with Power BI **Desired Profile:** * Organization and sense of urgency * Strong communication and negotiation posture * Analytical capability and total cost awareness * Ethics, transparency, and accountability * Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Benefits according to internal policy * Dynamic, collaborative, and growing work environment * Opportunity to work at one of the region’s most promising theme parks ***If you believe in strategy, operational efficiency, and negotiation excellence, we want to meet you, recruiter!*** Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
