Then this position is for you! We are looking for a dedicated and committed pastry chef who excels in producing and decorating specialty items such as cakes, pies, desserts, savory items, and breads. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare doughs, fillings, frostings, and finishing touches for general pastry production; * Decorate cakes and desserts creatively, adhering to company standards and seasonal/commemorative themes; * Package and organize finished products in the sales area; * Monitor expiration dates and quality of ingredients and displayed items; * Clean and sanitize tools and equipment in the department; * Suggest new recipes or improvements to the product mix; * Support customer service and handle ad-hoc requests at the bakery counter. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a pastry chef (experience in high-volume production preferred); * Completed high school education; * Pastry-making course will be considered an advantage; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Commitment to punctuality, organization, and hygiene; * Must reside in the North of the Island (Canasvieiras, Ingleses, Vargem Pequena, Rio Vermelho, Cachoeira, etc.). **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (rotating days off). * Sunday schedule: 2 Sundays on, 1 Sunday off for men; 1 Sunday on, 1 Sunday off for women. * Employment type: Permanent CLT contract. * Location: Magia Supermarket – Canasvieiras, Florianópolis/SC. * Working hours: 8 hours daily (variable shifts according to schedule and operational needs). **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher (accepted at partner restaurants); * Attendance bonus; * In-store purchase discount (available after 3 months); * 13th-month salary; * Hazard pay (if applicable); * Night shift allowance (if applicable). **Working Hours:** Monday through Sunday, with 8-hour daily shifts (variable shifts according to schedule).
