Job Summary: Cleaning professional for indoor and outdoor areas, with focus on schedule adherence, professional cleaning, and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to handle emergency cleaning situations Must reside in Palhoça and have access to bus lines reaching Unisul; preferably residing near the Pedra Branca neighborhood. Main Responsibilities: Adherence to cleaning schedules, execution of professional cleaning in indoor/outdoor areas, washing of outdoor areas, bathroom cleaning, barbecue grill cleaning, glass cleaning, knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, teamwork, and compliance with established instructions. Workplace: Pátio das Flores Condominium \- Pedra Branca Working Hours: 12x36 shift, 07:00/19:00, with a 1-hour break (odd-week schedule). Compensation: R$ 1\.752,85, VA (R$ 33/day) \+ 20% hazard pay \+ 7% attendance bonus, PNR 100.00Complementary Attitudes: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, handle emergency cleaning situations, manage conflicts among colleagues and teams, attention to detail, and proactivity.
