Job Summary: The Laboratory Assistant is responsible for handling liquid formulations, sanitizing materials, and ensuring the execution of technical activities in accordance with applicable standards. Bio Meds Brasil is experiencing continuous growth and seeks a Laboratory Assistant to join our team and contribute to the organization and smooth operation of our processes! If you are detail-oriented, organized, responsible, possess logical reasoning skills, and communicate effectively, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Handle liquid formulations; * Perform sanitation, sterilization, and preparation of materials used in compounding laboratories; Ensure execution of technical laboratory activities in compliance with Good Compounding Practices (GCP) and current legislation. * Clean workbenches in classified areas; * Complete general documentation; * Operate and clean the ampoule filling machine; * Organize and conduct inventory of raw materials and various production warehouse supplies; * Enter process data into spreadsheets; * Perform environmental and surface sampling in the laboratory; * Develop and review SOPs related to the laboratory; **Desirable Qualifications** * Prior experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, or sterilization environments; * Basic knowledge of GCP, autoclave operation, and inventory control will be considered an advantage; * Experience in pharmaceutical laboratories or production; * Experience handling solutions or liquid formulations; * Basic knowledge of sterile processes, cleaning, and organization of production areas; * Experience recording production data will be an advantage; * Prior exposure to injectable production or hospital compounding is desirable.
