Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a hamburger restaurant, responsible for preparing ingredients and dishes, organizing the kitchen, and ensuring efficiency and quality. Teamwork with a focus on communication and waste reduction We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our hamburger restaurant for **immediate start**, responsible for preparing menu ingredients and dishes and organizing the kitchen to ensure efficiency and quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble and finish dishes according to technical sheets and instructions from the chef/cook, adhering to house standards; * Perform daily *mise en place* and prepare ingredients/productions; * Assist in receiving and verifying goods; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation during and after shifts; * Collaborate with the team, maintaining good communication during service; * Reduce waste by respecting portion sizes and ensuring safe reuse; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hamburger restaurants and preparation of fried snacks; * Training in Gastronomy, Butchery, or related fields; **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1.900,00 - R$2.100,00 per month
